A Malaysian company BENCHMARK Marine Holding Bhd is now cooperating with Grand Ocean & Williams Co., ltd to develop a lay up ship anchorage at Batu Pahat, Malaysia. We are developing the anchorage into a loading & discharging anchorage; an interim base of ship repairs & maintain; a marine accident rescue center and an interim mooring & supply anchorage. At the present stage, the anchorage could provide all kinds of shipping supplies and shipping agency services etc. Grand Ocean & Williams Co., Ltd plan to invest two engineering salvage barge, one capacity of 1200 ton, the other is 200 ton. We also plan to invest 1000 ton fresh water supply vessel and one 500 ton emergency oil cleaning barge.
